Handmade & Made to Order Every item at HSSJ Gifts is handcrafted just for you. Because of this, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made before it ships. This production time is in addition to your shipping transit time.

Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via UPS within the contiguous United States.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated transit times vary by location but are typically 3–7 business days after your order ships.

Rush Orders Need it faster? We offer rush production for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order at hssjgifts@gmail.com or (513) 348-7479 to arrange rush processing. Rush availability is not guaranteed and depends on our current order volume.

Local Porch Pickup We offer free local porch pickup for customers in the Hamilton, Ohio area. Select "Porch Pickup" at checkout or contact us to arrange. Pickup address will be provided upon order confirmation.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We do not currently offer free shipping on standard orders.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your order at ups.com or through the tracking link in your email.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. HSSJ Gifts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hssjgifts@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Shipping Delays HSSJ Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with UPS to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at hssjgifts@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with UPS and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
